Please be advised that, effective 25 May 2018, the Commission Regulation (EU) No 679\/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (the \u201cGeneral Data Protection Regulation\") has been applicable.<\/p>\n

DSL SMART INVEST SRL is not a personal data controller, but we processes personal data the notification of which to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing is not required considering that we do not fall into any of the situations listed under the Decision no. 200\/2015 establishing the personal data processing cases subject to notification.
\nExclusion from the requirement to give notice to the supervisory authority does not release the data controller of performing the other duties and obligations resting with them under the legally applicable personal data protection provisions (information of the data subjects subject to the conditions laid down at Article 12 of Law no. 677\/2001, as well as implementation of adequate measures to ensure the data processing security, pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 (1) of the same piece of legislation, as well as to the minimum requirements approved under Order no. 52\/2002).<\/p>\n
